1. Check power cable
2. Unplug and slowly plug again power cable
3. Push Power switch
4. If power still not ON, repeat step no.2
I have this problem and success overcome with this trick ...

PC Problem Solution
Problem 2.
Symptoms:
Loop restart
Problem: Windows Operating System on HDD
Solution: Uninstall broken HDD and add to healthy PC with healthy HDD, windows will detect that HDD as a new HDD and let windows fixed the problems (corrupted O.S files) automatically. After the repairing process finished then connected back HDD to computer. It should be back to normal.

New Day ...
Today is 9 July, 2015
It's a new day, indeed.
Symptom: PC can not start up, power drop everytime it switch on
Action: Isolate HDD and DVD RW, it still has the same problem. Unplug RAM nothing change.
Testing power supply alone, found it running normal.
Final action: unplug and plug again 5V/12V connector, and problem solved.

How to Block Website without Software
How To Block Web Site Without Software
1. Right click Start menu and click explorer
2. Get into folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
3. Find filename “host”
4. Click twice on this file and “open with” message appear
5. Open with “notepad”
6. After “127.0.0.1 localhost” add text line contain site name that you want to block (eg: 127.0.0.2 www.facebook.com)
7. You can add another site name (eg: 127.0.0.3 www.google.com) on the next row
8. Save file “host”

5. Ketikkan: ping -t www.google.com
6. Tekan ENTER (akan ada reply, dan biarkan berjalan terus)
7. Minimize saja window Command Prompt
8. Silahkan lanjut browsing anda
